Prof Mian Riaz joined Texas A&M University in 1992. He currently serves as the Director of Extrusion Technology at Texas A&M University. Through the Professional & Continuing Education program offered by the Texas A&M Engineering Experiment Station, Extrusion Technology Program, he organizes five specialized courses annually.

These comprehensive courses cover various aspects of extrusion technology, with a specific emphasis on pet food/feed and food extrusion. With three courses dedicated to pet food/feed extrusion and two courses focused on food extrusion, participants gain a deep understanding of the principles, techniques, and applications in these specialized areas. Professor Riaz’s wealth of experience and expertise in extrusion technology ensures that participants receive top-notch education and training, equipping them with the tools to excel in their respective fields.
