Prof Mian Riaz
Director, Extrusion Technology Program – TEES Edge, Texas A&M University, USA

Prof. Mian Riaz has over 25 years of experience at the Process Engineering R&D Center, Texas A&M University (TAMU), where he leads the Food and Feed Extrusion Program. He earned his Ph.D. in Food Science from the University of Maine and is a member of the Graduate Faculty in TAMU’s Food Science and Technology Program.

As Director since 2005, Prof. Riaz has authored 7 books and over 160 papers, primarily on extrusion. He is a sought-after speaker, delivering over 600 presentations in 60 countries.
